Delivery & Returns

How orders are fulfilled

Every purchase is completed and shipped through our eBay store. When you tap “Buy on eBay” on any product, you’ll be taken to that item’s eBay listing to check out safely — with eBay handling payment and protection.

Delivery

• Items are dispatched quickly from the UK.
• The exact postage cost, delivery method and estimated arrival time are shown on each item’s eBay listing before you buy.
• Tracking (where offered) and delivery updates are available through your eBay account.

Returns

• Returns are handled through eBay’s standard returns process.
• The return window and conditions for each item are stated on its eBay listing.
• To start a return, go to your eBay Purchase History, select the order and choose “Return this item”.

Buyer protection

All orders are covered by the eBay Money Back Guarantee. If an item doesn’t arrive or isn’t as described, eBay helps you get it sorted or refunded. Full details are on eBay’s Money Back Guarantee page.
